Pricing at Shua Home Services LLC is based on the scope, complexity, and conditions of each project.

We provide structured pricing for residential repairs and skilled labor rates for commercial and general contractor support. All work is billed transparently and aligned with the level of expertise required.

Service Area & Travel

Shua Home Services LLC is based in Conway, Arkansas and provides residential handyman and small construction services throughout Central Arkansas.

Service Call Minimum
Includes travel, consultation, site evaluation, and the first hour of labor.

$150 — 0–55 miles from Conway
$200 — Beyond 55 miles

Hourly billing begins after the first hour on site.

Hourly Labor Rates (After First Hour)

$65/hr — 0–10 miles
$70/hr — 10–35 miles
$75/hr — 35–55 miles
$85/hr — 55–75 miles
$95/hr — Over 75 miles

Distance is calculated from Conway, Arkansas.

After-Hours & Weekend Service

Services requested outside standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) may incur an additional hourly adjustment.

Weekend service (client requested) — add $10/hr to the applicable rate.
Before 8 AM or after 5 PM — add $15/hr to the applicable rate.

Urgent or same-day service requests may require an increased service call minimum starting at $200.

Access & Road Conditions

Driveway and road conditions must be disclosed when scheduling. Gravel, dirt, steep, narrow, gated, or seasonal mud access may require adjustments. Locations requiring alternative vehicles or equipment rental will be discussed prior to scheduling. Undisclosed access conditions that result in vehicle damage or rental needs may be billed.

Weather & Site Safety

Work may pause during lightning, severe storms, tornado warnings, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. Light rain or covered workspace may allow work to continue at the contractor’s discretion.

Materials

Clients may supply materials or request procurement. Materials are billed at cost. Time spent acquiring materials is billable.

Larger Projects

Multi-day repairs and custom builds are quoted after review.

Commercial & General Contractor Support - Led by a 30-year Master Carpenter with superintendent-level field leadership experience. 

• Shua Home Services LLC provides experienced, skilled field labor and on-site problem-solving support for commercial projects operating under an active, licensed general contractor or property owner oversight.

• We do not operate as a general contractor and do not hold a general contractor license. All commercial work is performed within a defined scope under the hiring contractor’s license, project authority, and insurance requirements.

• Shua Home Services LLC functions as skilled 1099 field labor support, delivering superintendent-level field experience and corrective expertise without operating outside our licensing scope.

Licensing & Insurance

• Shua Home Services LLC is a registered business entity and carries its own business insurance covering the specific work performed by our company.

• We do not insure the overall project, adjacent trades, or work performed by other parties. Project-level insurance, bonding, and general contractor coverage remain the responsibility of the licensed contractor or property owner.

• Our insurance coverage applies only to the scope of work performed directly by Shua Home Services LLC.

Commercial Payment Terms

• Commercial and contractor-support work is billed for skilled labor and is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the start of work.

• We do not operate on net-30, net-60, or deferred payment schedules.

• Payment is expected on the final day services are rendered. A 1–2 business day grace period may be granted only when pre-authorized in writing.

• This structure allows us to remain responsive for short-term, corrective, and emergency support without administrative delay.

• Skilled Field Labor: $65–$110 per hour

•  Superintendent-Level Support: Rate by agreement

• Short-Term / Project-Based Assistance: Available

• Travel & Out-of-Area Work: By agreement
